The Co‑operative Business Development Panel, formerly known as The New Ventures Panel (NVP), is an initiative of Co‑operativesUK.

It aims to promote and aid the development and growth of co‑operatives in new fields and in new areas of the economy, as well as new co‑operative solutions in more established areas of the economy.
